BUILD THE WORKSPACE YOUR AGENTS NEED.

We set up your team’s AI workspace, install the assistants, and train everyone — so AI does the grunt work and you decide what ships.

Reading this with your IT person?

AI as personal tools vs. shared infrastructure.

Most teams are in the left column. They don’t need more training. They need this.

Shared infrastructure. Everyone benefits from everyone’s work.

Less doing. More deciding.

AI does the grunt work. You review and ship what matters. This is what Monday morning starts to look like.

Tools change every week. Each person uses AI differently. One-off demos don’t stick.

Build one AI setup the whole team works from, and it sticks.

$2,000+ GST
8-week block · 4 sessions · in person or remote
You get
An agent running on your work from session one · the thinking behind it · a roadmap you own
The block, session by session
  • S1 — Set up and first agent (90 min)
Workspace built, first agent running on your real work that day

  • Helps the enthusiasts, not the team
  • You ask AI things, that's it
What you get here
Working with Unpaste

  • I pick the AI tools that fit your work
  • Weekly check-ins keep it alive
  • Quarterly refresh as AI keeps changing
  • Shared by the whole team, not just one person

Built for teams doing the work.

Trades & commercial

Construction, electrical, mechanical, civil. Multi-trade businesses with estimators, project managers, site teams, and contracts admin. Project-based work where setup quality compounds.

Project-based pro services

Engineering consultancies, building surveyors, project management firms. Document-heavy work prime for agentic drafting and review.

Operations & admin teams

Ops, contracts, finance, EAs inside a 20–80 person business. Repeatable workflows ready for AI.

Distribution & wholesale

Trade supply, plant & equipment hire, materials distribution. Quoting, order processing, supplier comms — all daily work AI can take a chunk of.

Things people actually ask.

Do we need to be technical?+

No. Everything is plain-English documents your team writes and reads. The AI tools install in minutes and we set them up for you. If you can edit a Google Doc, you can maintain this.

Which AI tools do we need to pay for?+

Usually one team subscription to Claude Team or ChatGPT Team (~$25/user/mo), plus Claude Code or Codex (free CLI tools). Cowork has its own pricing. We pick what fits your team in the first hour — we don’t lock you into anything.

What if a new model or tool comes out?+

That’s exactly why Operations and Department include monthly briefings and quarterly refreshes. The landscape moves — you don’t have to keep up alone. We do, and bring you along.

Can we cancel the monthly retainer?+

After the 3-month minimum on Operations (6-month on Department), it’s month-to-month. Cancel anytime with 30 days’ notice. The workspace and agents are yours — you keep them.

Do you travel for on-site sessions?+

Yes. Based in Brisbane, comfortable across SE Queensland at no extra charge. Interstate or remote teams: I run sessions remotely or quote travel at cost.

Do you know construction-specific tools like Procore, Aconex, Hammertech, BuildXact?+

Yes — I'll help you integrate AI with the tools you already use. How deep that integration goes depends on what each platform exposes (APIs, CLIs, MCP servers). Some construction tools have rich, accessible APIs; others are more locked down. It's case-by-case, so I'll be upfront about what's realistic with your specific stack before we commit. We'll do what we can with the access available.

How does this fit with our existing safety and compliance processes?+

It enhances them, never replaces them. AI drafts SWMS, JSAs, and toolbox-talk material from job specifics — your safety lead reviews and approves before anything goes to site. Compliance stays owned by humans, just faster to assemble.
