BUILD THE WORKSPACE YOUR AGENTS NEED.

We set up your team’s AI workspace, install the assistants, and train everyone — so AI does the grunt work and you decide what ships.

AI as personal tools vs. shared infrastructure.

Most teams are in the left column. They don’t need more training. They need this.

Shared infrastructure. Everyone benefits from everyone’s work.

Less doing. More deciding.

AI does the grunt work. You review and ship what matters. This is what Monday morning starts to look like.

Three ways to get your workspace running.

Start with Kickstart to see the pattern. Most teams choose Operations for the ongoing relationship.

[001]

AI KICKSTART

Get your team's AI off the ground in a day.

$2,400setup
One-off
You get
1 workspace · 4–6 areas mapped · 1 AI assistant · 2–3 shortcuts · 1 playbook
Half day on-site · 4 hrs
  • Your team on the same page about AI
One shared workspace + clear rules, not scattered personal accounts
  • Your business mapped
4–6 main areas — quoting, jobs, clients, ops
  • AI playbook (one-pager)
Anyone you hire next week can pick it up
  • AI assistant installed
Running on real work, day one
  • 2–3 starter shortcuts
For the things your team does every week
  • Recording for new hires
What this looks like in real life

Short interactive session with the team — practical metaphors, real visuals, no tech jargon. Then we sit with your specialist team members and workshop the AI opportunities mainstream tools haven't touched yet.

For:trade businesses with 5–15 staff who want to see AI in action before a bigger commitment.

AI OPERATIONS

Deep AI built into your team's actual workflows.

$5,800setup
+ $1,900/moretainer
3-month minimum, then month-to-month
You get
Per-role workflow mapping · AI built into your existing tools · custom assistants · weekly check-ins
Two days on-site · 12 hrs (everything in Kickstart, plus)
  • Time with each role, one-on-one
Estimators, project managers, site supervisors, admin — separate sessions mapping how each role actually works
  • Workflows mapped at the role level
Specific tasks, specific tools, specific stuck-points — not just 'sales' as a category
  • AI built into your existing tools
OneDrive, Google Drive, SharePoint, your CRM, email — AI lives where the work already happens
  • Custom AI assistants per workflow
Built for the specific work each role does, not generic team assistants
  • Process streamlining beyond AI
Where automation fits and AI doesn't, we connect the apps you already pay for
  • Clear safety + review checkpoints
Per workflow — what AI does on its own, what you sign off on first
Then every week
  • 45-min team call
Bring questions, see what's new, dig into what's working
  • Q&A in between
Slack or email — we don't disappear between sessions
  • Monthly 'what's new in AI' update
So you don't fall behind as the tools evolve
  • Quarterly tune-up
Refresh your setup as your team grows into it
What this looks like in real life

Two full days on-site. I spend time with each role individually — estimators, project managers, site supervisors, admin — mapping the specific workflows they do day-to-day. Then we build AI and automation into those workflows using the tools you already use (OneDrive, Google Drive, SharePoint, your CRM, email). After the on-site days, we set a weekly office-hours slot that suits your team so the setup beds in and evolves as you spot new opportunities.

For:teams who want AI woven into how they already work, not bolted on the side.

Scoped to your business — discussed on a discovery call
What we cover (high-level)
  • Strategic AI direction across the business
Where AI fits, what to bet on, what to govern
  • Custom AI built around your workflows
Designed and delivered to fit how your business actually runs
  • Integration with the tools you already use
AI lives in your existing stack, not a separate dashboard
  • Governance, safety, and review frameworks
What AI can and can't do, who approves what
  • Ongoing build, refinement, and team support
We evolve together as the work changes
What this looks like in real life

A scoped, ongoing engagement. We'll figure out the right shape for your business in a discovery session, then design and run an AI department around that — strategy, build, governance, and team support. Specifics depend on the engagement.

For:businesses ready to treat AI as a strategic function, with someone owning it end-to-end.

One-on-one executive coaching

For founders, CEOs, and team leaders who want to lead AI adoption instead of react to it. Strategy, tooling decisions, what to delegate to AI vs. keep human.

Run as ongoing monthly sessions or focused short sprints. Pricing depends on scope — book a chat to discuss.

Refreshers as tools evolve. Onboarding for new hires. Deep-dives on specific workflows. Training when you adopt new tools. Booked as one-offs or added on top of any package.

Built for teams doing the work.

Trades & commercial

Construction, electrical, mechanical, civil. Multi-trade businesses with estimators, project managers, site teams, and contracts admin. Project-based work where setup quality compounds.

Project-based pro services

Engineering consultancies, building surveyors, project management firms. Document-heavy work prime for agentic drafting and review.

Operations & admin teams

Ops, contracts, finance, EAs inside a 20–80 person business. Repeatable workflows ready for AI.

Distribution & wholesale

Trade supply, plant & equipment hire, materials distribution. Quoting, order processing, supplier comms — all daily work AI can take a chunk of.

Things people actually ask.

Do we need to be technical?+

No. Everything is plain-English documents your team writes and reads. The AI tools install in minutes and we set them up for you. If you can edit a Google Doc, you can maintain this.

Which AI tools do we need to pay for?+

Usually one team subscription to Claude Team or ChatGPT Team (~$25/user/mo), plus Claude Code or Codex (free CLI tools). Cowork has its own pricing. We pick what fits your team in the first hour — we don’t lock you into anything.

What if a new model or tool comes out?+

That’s exactly why Operations and Department include monthly briefings and quarterly refreshes. The landscape moves — you don’t have to keep up alone. We do, and bring you along.

Can we cancel the monthly retainer?+

After the 3-month minimum on Operations (6-month on Department), it’s month-to-month. Cancel anytime with 30 days’ notice. The workspace and agents are yours — you keep them.

Do you travel for on-site sessions?+

Yes. Based in Brisbane, comfortable across SE Queensland at no extra charge. Interstate or remote teams: I run sessions remotely or quote travel at cost.

Do you know construction-specific tools like Procore, Aconex, Hammertech, BuildXact?+

Yes — I'll help you integrate AI with the tools you already use. How deep that integration goes depends on what each platform exposes (APIs, CLIs, MCP servers). Some construction tools have rich, accessible APIs; others are more locked down. It's case-by-case, so I'll be upfront about what's realistic with your specific stack before we commit. We'll do what we can with the access available.

How does this fit with our existing safety and compliance processes?+

It enhances them, never replaces them. AI drafts SWMS, JSAs, and toolbox-talk material from job specifics — your safety lead reviews and approves before anything goes to site. Compliance stays owned by humans, just faster to assemble.
